If there is an Outlook profile, please double-click to open it, select E-mail Accounts, remove any old email account in this profile.Īdditionally, please go to Control Panel > Credential Manager, remove any Outlook related credentials in Windows Credentials. What's this old college email account? Is this account configured in your earlier version of Outlook? Have you setup account in Outlook 2016 after installed Office 365 ProPlus? If I close the window, it just pops up again after a little while. ![]() ![]() ![]() >I do not want to use Outlook at all, but it causes recurring Windows Security windows to pop up looking for credentials for an old college email account that is now dead. ![]()
